— SPEAKING AND PRESS
LET’S HAVE A PROPER CONVERSATION
I talk about what a decade in private service taught me about trust, reputation and how people really get hired. If you’ve got a podcast, a stage, an event or a story, I’d love to hear about it.
Three conversations I never get tired of having
01
The Butler Code.
What private service taught me about leadership, and why the quietest person in the room usually holds the most authority.
02
The Invisible Infrastructure.
Trust and word of mouth still move faster than any hiring software. Why that is, and what anyone can do with it.
03
Craft Over Servitude.
What the highest service standards in the world teach about building a culture people want to be part of, and a product people trust.
— A BIT ABOUT ME
From serving the room to speaking to it
I spent over a decade as a private butler to royalty, F1 figures and billionaires. Now I run U-Tech, building software that lets people get hired on how they actually work, starting with U-Crew for superyacht crew.
As Butler in the Rough, I share what that world taught me: the psychology behind good service, how to build a reputation without sending a single cold application, and the honest version of building a company, mistakes included. No corporate polish, no performing luxury for the camera.
